Ingredients:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Stevia or your favorite sweetener
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of your favorite PADAM blend
    (For Golden Mix Cacao, use just ½ tablespoon)

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with 1 tsp chia seeds, sweeten to taste, and stir in 1 tbsp of your favorite PADAM product.

Mix well until smooth and evenly colored.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
