SHIPPING POLICY

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received your order and are getting it ready. Your payment will be authorized at this stage, and the order will be sent to our fulfillment center for processing.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (excluding holidays). We do our best to ship your order within 3-10 business days of purchase.

U.S. Shipping Methods

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. The shipping carrier and method are selected based on destination and service availability to ensure your package arrives within approximately 3–10 business days after it ships.
Free Shipping: Orders of $90 or more (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free standard ground shipping within the contiguous U.S.
Alaska & Hawaii: At this time, we do not offer free shipping to non-contiguous states. Standard carrier rates apply.
PO Boxes / APO / FPO / DPO: Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your shipping location and selected service. Orders shipping outside of the contiguous U.S. (including AK and HI) are charged a flat rate of $24.99.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information and the name of the shipping carrier. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments, and you will receive tracking details for each.
International Shipping
Currently, PADAM Wellness does not ship outside of the United States. This includes but is not limited to Puerto Rico, Canada, Guam, American Samoa, and other U.S. territories.
Delays & Carrier Issues
We strive to deliver your order promptly, but please understand that shipping times may vary due to external factors. PADAM Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

RETURN POLICY

At PADAM Wellness, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not accept returns on opened or used products due to safety and quality concerns, we’re committed to ensuring you have a positive experience.
Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@padamwellness.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assist you promptly. Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund for eligible items.
Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a PADAM Wellness error.

Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
Promotional items, bundles, or final sale products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
