A nourishing treat with a cozy twist perfect for your afternoon sweet craving or a wholesome weekend dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 3 sugar-free cookies
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 tsp chia seeds
  • Sweetener of choice
  • 70% dark chocolate 
  • 1 tbsp Magic Chai by PADAM 

How to make it:

For the crust: crush the cookies and mix with coconut oil and almond butter until the mixture is moist and holds together.

In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, chia seeds, your favorite sweetener, and the star of the recipe, Magic Chai from PADAM.

Layer the crust into a small round mold, then pour the yogurt-chai mixture over it.
Refrigerate for at least 5 hours.

Optional: melt some dark chocolate and drizzle on top for an extra delicious finish!

You can find the mold at any baking supply store (Adjust ingredient amounts based on the size of your mold.)
